2. Scope of Services
Anchora currently offers three services:
- Take-Stock Worksheet Session — a guided session to help you list and organise what you already have in place for later life, using templates you keep. No document interpretation or recommendation is provided.
- Information Helpline Membership — access to trained facilitators who point you toward official public resources and explain common terms in plain language. Facilitators share where to find answers; they do not advise what to decide.
- Retiree Community Hub — access to an ongoing programme of talks, peer circles, and shared resources. The focus is connection, routine, and general learning.

3. Nature of Information Provided
All content on this website and all content provided through Anchora services is for general educational purposes only. It reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and is not tailored to any individual's personal circumstances.
Anchora does not assess, evaluate, or recommend any financial product, pension scheme, investment, or course of action. Nothing provided by Anchora should be read as a substitute for regulated financial advice. For decisions about pensions or retirement finances, you are encouraged to consult a qualified, licensed professional registered with the appropriate authority in your jurisdiction.
Information changes over time. Anchora takes reasonable care to keep content current but does not warrant that any specific information is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you access it.
4. Eligibility
Anchora's services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Services are offered in English and are primarily designed for people based in or connected to Thailand. Anchora does not make any representation regarding availability or suitability for persons in other jurisdictions.
5. Enrolment and Fees
Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Anchora reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on this website. Fees already paid for a confirmed service period will not be retrospectively increased.
Enrolment is confirmed once Anchora has received full payment and issued a written confirmation. Until confirmation is issued, no place is held or guaranteed.
Anchora does not offer refunds after a session has taken place or after a membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. Cancellations received at least five working days before a scheduled session may be transferred to an alternative date at Anchora's discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use this website and Anchora's services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Anchora content without prior written permission.
- Use any content from Anchora in a context that misrepresents it as financial, legal, or professional advice.
